Your bills, customers, dues and GST details are your business. Here is exactly what we do to keep them safe, in plain words.
Encrypted on your phone
Your business data on the phone is locked with 256-bit encryption.
Encrypted on the way
Every connection between your phone and Billeif uses TLS 1.2 or newer, and the app only talks to Billeif's own verified servers.
Encrypted on our servers
Your data is stored with AES-256 encryption at rest. Passwords for the GST portal and payment gateways get a second layer of encryption.
Stored in India
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai.
App lock
Lock Billeif with your fingerprint, face or phone PIN, and confirm it's you before deleting a customer, vendor, product or invoice. It's optional and off until you turn it on.
Automatic cloud backup
Your bills sync to the cloud on their own whenever you're online, and the cloud copy is backed up every day.
Never sold or shared
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
No slogans
You won't see “bank-grade” or “100% safe” here. Every line on this page describes something the Billeif app does today, and we update it when the app changes.
